Frank Sarr is one of the pioneers in adult program design and training. He has more than 20 years of experience developing sales and management executives in the financial industry. Frank is a thought leader in the necessity of accountability in training.
Frank began his career with Connecticut General Life Insurance Company/CIGNA, assuming responsibility for agent and broker consultant training as well as management development. He was recruited by Wilson Learning, one of the pioneers in sales and management training. Working within the financial services division, he served in a variety of positions throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.
Frank received a BA in Economics from Notre Dame and an MAT from Oberlin College, where he was a Ford Foundation Scholar. He earned his CLU from The American College.

Jason Olson began his relatively short professional career as sales director in real estate funding programs. Just prior to joining The Wholesaler Institute he was a Business Development Specialist for Shore Solutions, providing technology solutions to growing organizations. Currently he is dedicated to helping financial industry professionals sell and market their products more successfully. Jason is a graduate of El Camino College.

Lee Allan is dedicated to helping wholesaling teams create profitable relationships with their clients. His 20+ years of sales and marketing experience, combined with premier entertainment industry expertise, enables him to create successful digital media marketing campaigns for wholesalers.
As a marketing executive for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies such as Procter & Gamble, The Pillsbury Company, and Domino’s Pizza, Lee helped design and execute a variety of successful marketing campaigns.
In the entertainment industry, Lee has earned recognition as a performer, producer, and director. His credits include major television shows such as NYPD Blue, Walker, Texas Ranger, The District, and Doogie Howser, M.D. He has acted with and directed Academy-Award winners Halle Berry and Mel Brooks, and was a talent scout for HBO.
Before joining The Wholesaler Institute, Lee was Vice President of New Media at Griffin Capital, a Los Angeles-based non-traded REIT.
Pat Shinners has been a professional development administrator for close to twenty years. Before joining The Wholesaler Institute, she directed and produced educational events for such organizations as: EDGE Education, American Seminar Leaders Association, and the New Jersey Reading Association. Pat’s experience includes coordinating the PGA/NFL Tour Event. Pat has been a member of The Wholesaler Institute team for 15 years.
