Frank Sarr is one of the pioneers in adult program design and training. He has more than 20 years of experience developing sales and management executives in the financial industry. Frank is a thought leader in the necessity of accountability in training. Frank began his career with Connecticut General Life Insurance Company/CIGNA, assuming responsibility for agent and broker consultant training as well as management development. He was recruited by Wilson Learning, one of the pioneers in sales and management training. Working within the financial services division, he served in a variety of positions throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. Frank received a BA in Economics from Notre Dame and an MAT from Oberlin College, where he was a Ford Foundation Scholar. He earned his CLU from The American College. |
